Targeted Audience: -Community partners & leaders -Educators -Leadership Professionals Description goals: At Train the Trainers (CRW), participants will learn to deliver impactful training using the Crawl Walk Run methodology, grounded in the Crawl Walk Seven Principles, The 3'A approach, and Humble Inquiry techniques. Our services are tailored for organizations striving to cultivate a culture of belonging and inclusivity. Train the trainer goals: Utilize portions of the CWR 7 steps to create ways to discuss and remove barriers Learn about humble inquiry: Inquiring and discussing complex topics Utilize the 3A’s to process discussion and evaluate barriers. Utilize the Mutual Goodwill Philosophy for team building to address pushback. Utilize portions of the CWR 7 steps to build a sense of community moving forward. Learning objectives of CWR: By attending this presentation, participants will be able to: -Recognize the multiple forms of oppression and its impact on building and maintaining an inclusive environment and building a sense of belonging. -Identify at least one specific barrier that may stop them from achieving their inclusive and belonging goals and how to overcome them. -Create a plan to continue an individual’s action to build and maintain an inclusive environment and a sense of belonging.
