Happy hump day! Come out and join our Walking Wednesdays-Team Chicago every Wednesday @ 7am, at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center at Gately Park, located at 10201 S. Cottage Grove Avenue, Chicago, IL. We have an engaging time together as we get our steps in on their indoor track. We truly believe in our mantra, "Walking For A Healthy Heart." While visiting, don't forget to stop by The Love Juice Co. for a refreshing smoothie or a variety of other healthy drinks and food options.
