The story of Ex-Officer Cariol Horne
On May 25, 2020, the country was shaken by the killing of George Floyd by former police officer Derek Chauvin. Although the sight of Mr. Floyds last minutes was traumatizing, there was also a significant observation that can't be missed. Chauvin was surrounded by three fellow officers.
Joining me this afternoon will be Ms. Cariol Horne. Ms. Horne is the ex-police officer from Buffalo N.Y. who risked her job, her safety, to stop the choking of a handcuff African-American man by her fellow officer. We will discuss what life has been like since she made a choice to cross the thin blue line, her reactions to Mr. George Floyd, and why she is dedicated to passing Cariol's Law, which will protect officers from retaliation, that intervenes to stop police brutality.
We will be live on the Facebook Page and our Youtube
